U.S. Visa Lottery Update: Nigerians Still Ineligible for Green Card Lottery as Government Releases Latest Eligibility Rules

Abuja, Nigeria – The United States government has confirmed that Nigeria remains ineligible to participate in the Diversity Visa (DV) Lottery, commonly known as the Green Card Lottery, under the latest eligibility guidelines issued by the U.S. Department of State.
